disabled roomuncomfortable bathroom
the reception tried to give me a double room, even though i paid extra for a king size. when i showed my reservation, they switched the room, but it was a disabled room. the bathroom was not comfortable, it was basically a wet room. i eventually got a complimentary breakfast, but i had to ask for it. i think the hotel should improve its room allocation and bathroom accessibility.

The staff was friendly and helpful, which I found valuable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the easy access made my travel SMOOTH. I also found the on-site restaurant very convenient for a quick dinner before my early flight.
I did experience some difficulty with the air conditioning in my room. It wasn't cooling adequately. This made the room rather stuffy, particularly during the evening, and I hope they address this .

The hotel provides convenient services, and I noted that the gym has three treadmills. The business center offers computers and printers for guest use. These amenities are very useful. ALL areas seem well kept.

My premium king room included a comfortable king-sized bed and a work desk. The room was clean. The bathroom features a shower and complimentary toiletries. I noticed this. The room included blackout curtains AND soundproofing.

The front desk staff were helpful with directions and airport shuttle information. I received quick responses to my inquiries, and I was grateful. Housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness. EVERY interaction was professional.

the location near the south terminal was acceptable.
The room was too warm, and the air conditioning did not seem to work. It was difficult to sleep. also, the signage from gatwick arrivals was poor. It was hard to find the hotel on foot.

I booked this hotel for one night before my holiday. The room provided two queen size beds, offering ample space. Breakfast had many options and was very good. A shuttle bus runs to the south and north terminals, costing 4.5 pounds.
The air conditioning only worked on the fan setting. This made the room somewhat warm.

juliette and the bar staff were helpful and friendly. i especially appreciated the light meal i had with my drinks. the reception staff also provided quick assistance when i needed to print some documents. elizabeth at reception is doing a great job.
I found the air conditioning a little too strong. I couldn't seem to adjust it to a comfortable level.

the hotel is a short walk to gatwick south terminal, it takes about ten minutes. a shuttle is also available for transport if you prefer. the convenience to the airport made early morning travel much less stressful.

the location was convenient. it was easy to walk from the airport (about 10 minutes). the room was clean and modern.
the restaurant food was a problem. it was not good and overpriced (i was disappointed). also, a waiter swept food onto the floor next to our table, not cleaned up quickly.
